These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at guidedpathsolutions.net and any related content, forms, or communications provided by Guided Path Solutions ("GPS," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

These Terms cover the website only. Paid managed IT services are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work signed between GPS and the client.

The short version

• Use this site for legitimate business inquiries — don't try to break it, abuse it, or scrape it.
• The content on this site is ours. Don't repost it as your own.
• We provide the site "as is." We're a small business, not a 24/7 cloud platform.
• If you become a paying client, a separate written agreement governs the actual work — not these Terms.
• Disputes are governed by Virginia law.

Who can use this site

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you're using this site on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

What we provide on this site

This website provides information about GPS and our managed IT services, the ability to contact us, request a quote, or book a call, and occasional resources, articles, or content we choose to publish. We may change, add, or remove site features at any time without notice.

Acceptable use

When you use this site, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, our systems, or any connected service.

If you're an active paying client, your remedies under our Master Services Agreement take precedence over this section for matters covered by that agreement.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GPS and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to this site at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Richmond, Virginia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms. If a change is material, we'll do our best to communicate it clearly.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.
