How is your pricing structured?
Our pricing is per seat, based on the device count and user count. A device gets you full-stack IT support—security, monitoring, backups, identity, user support, and everything in between.
A user seat gives you everything excluding things that would run on a device. Because why would you if you don't have a device?
What exactly is included in a seat?
A seat includes what you’d expect from a full internal IT department: endpoint management, security monitoring, backups, identity and access management, cloud platform support (Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace), user onboarding and offboarding, and day-to-day support. No add-ons. No fine print. If it’s part of running your IT, it’s likely included.
Do you offer volume discounts?
I see your question—but let me raise you another. We offer a flat price because we believe you should always know what you’re spending. No crazy calculations, no Excel voodoo—just simple, transparent pricing for a full IT department.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
Yes—but it depends on the complexity of your environment. We include an onboarding phase to properly assess, standardize, and secure your systems. If your environment is straightforward, the onboarding effort is minimal. If there’s cleanup needed—such as inconsistent device setups, security gaps, or accumulated technical debt—we’ll walk through that scope with you upfront.
The key part: you’ll know exactly what’s involved before we begin. No surprise charges, no work done without your approval.
Do you lock clients into long-term contracts?
We believe in relationships, not handcuffs. Our agreements are straightforward and designed to protect both sides—without trapping you in something that isn’t working.
What’s not included?
If it’s highly specialized, project-based, or outside day-to-day IT operations (think major infrastructure builds or custom development), we’ll talk about it upfront. You’ll never hear “that’s extra” after the fact.
